"A Terrible Experience"
This was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They sent me a faulty battery for my HP laptop, and it only lasted a couple of hours. I ended up having to take the laptop apart again to put the original battery back in. Luckily, I hadn’t tossed the original battery yet. I forked out around $50 for shipping (had to cover the return shipping fee, even though they sent me a defective part). What’s really frustrating is that they didn’t even bother to apologize for the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even my family or friends.

Got the wrong product!!! Now I'm stuck depending on email to sort this out, and I doubt it’ll be quick. Looks like I might have to file a claim with Paypal... I fix a ton of laptops, and this partnership is done before it even began... A contact number would really help, BattDepot.

"Refund Process"
Let me tell you, I ordered a laptop charger that was priced well and showed up fast. However, I made the mistake of ordering based on the model number from the box I received, and it turned out my laptop was a different model, so the charger didn’t work. Even though their terms and conditions said otherwise, Battdepot processed my refund. Appreciate it, folks!
